An honorable person would have started this process in July and would have spent time proving the content… Not seeing if it could delay the process when everything else failed miserably.

there's no suggestion of a federal crime, quite apart from the statute of limitations issue. So the FBI has no independent authority to open a criminal investigation.

Fienstein started the process in July when she forwarded the letter to the FBI. The FBI does background investigations in these cases and should have investigated further.

The point being, she could say ANYTHING at this point and the left would believe it. She can contradict herself (the number of people in the room) or she can flat out lie because we're not demanding any proof. It is really terrible what they are doing to Kavanaugh.
