Depends what you need to use it for. Daily driver? Towing? Etc.
I would personally go with a Silverado or F-150, Dodge isn't in the picture for me. Ford has been around longer and despite what everybody says it's more reliable. Dodge All you will get here is fanboy answers. All three trucks have their advantages and disadvantages. It all depends on your personal wants and needs.
You might as well ask "Which is better, Ferrari or Lamborghini?" There's no real definitive answer. Ford. The Ford F-150 is the best selling of all. Does that make it better? Can't say. However, I would stay away from the Ram. Chevrolet Ford They are all "GOOD"! Ford F150 is the best selling truck for the last 10 years.
