What is the value of a 1965 ford f100?
I have a 1965 ford f100 lightning that i'm looking to sell. I have new wheels and rims on the way. The engine sometimes won't start and it might need a new battery. It has the original motor is in it but steering the car can be difficult. It has recently left the mechanic shop but some of the problems are still there. It runs, but not that great (might need to do some tweaking to the transmission and to the engine). I'm not trying to advertise this vehicle i'm just giving alot of detail so you guys could give me an accurate price range. Around what value does this truck have? Thanks.
The Price Range should be between $3600… $6300
because the transmission and engine problem will be expensive to fix and that cost has to be taken into consideration when purchasing that vehicle. The steering will need a replacement aswell, thats more cost.
good is that it has no rust, if it is clean all around as on the front like seen on the image.
Those things are going for 10 grand these days
Acrap metal goes for about $300 a ton. Ordering new wheels for a non starting truck is pretty insane.
It is not much, that's for sure. Check Kelly Blue book or sakle value.
.
Obviously yours is in good condition, needs maintenance, so hold onto until you get fair pricing from non con artist scammer, that want's it for scrap, if it is not registered as classic, then price goes down, not original parts, price goes down, up and running, price goes up,

Trucks here are from 5k to 40 k, but they are fixed up and pristine,

If only yours was absolutely running well, you could snag at least 5k, so check with your insurance and blue book, values vary on type and mileage and condition.

Somewhere between $200 and $5,500.

- How much would it cost to maintain (annually) a 1965 Ford Mustang? I'm planning to purchase a 1965 Mustang. The one I'm looking at is mechanically sound, and in very good overall condition. I will probably drive it 5K-7K miles/yr. I don't work on vehicles myself so it will have to go to a mechanic for service. Can anyone give me a rough estimate?
- Could Ford manufacture a replica 1965 Mustang if I had the money for it? I ask because I'm not sure if there are laws that prohibit car makers to produce vehicles that don't meet modern safety standards.

- Must I put premium gas in my 1965 Ford F100 390 V8 or can i put regular gas? I was told that it needs premium gas and premium gas only. But the guy who I bought the truck from said it was a myth and it takes regular gas. What gas does my Ford F100 390 v8 engine take?!
