What happens if i overfill my engine oil with a ford 1-150?

If overfilled beyond a quart you start to run a risk of the pistons churning the oil, causing overheating and foaming of the oil and thus lack of proper function of the oil

Too much oil causes the crankshaft to throw up onto the cylinder walls in excessive quantities. This will overpower the rings and cause some to pass into the combustion chambers. It burns on the rings and pistons reducing their ability to seal the combustion process. Eventual failure of the engine will result as carbon is passed into the bearings and other lubricated parts. A lot depends on how much overfull the engine is. You may be able to siphon out some or to remove the drain plug and run a bit all over your arm and everything else including a drain pan.

Could throw a main bearing and cause other major repairs. Like Chris says drain some the oil out. It's better to take 2 min's than that a few day's and $$$ from a repair shop

If you are a quart to many then you may well blow out some gaskets and seals. With metal gaskets nowadays that is not as easy so it may get burned out or end up where yo don't want it.

How much oil are we talking about? Check the dipstick, if its too much just drain some out and don't even risk anything my friend.
