What are some unique first cars?
I'm 16 and I want to get a car. I want something different. Something when someone I know sees it going down the street, they'll know it's me. I want it to be completely stock. I don't want to modify anything. Here's some cars I was thinking of.
-1988 Merkur XR4Ti
-1991 Ford Crown Victoria Country Squire
-1994 Ford Probe GT V6
-1994 Mazda Navajo
-2002 Lincoln Blackwood
Which one should I get? What other unique cars should I look at?
Added (1). I forgot to add 1979 Ford Thuderbird.
Interesting idea and I get what you mean, but I have to put my old guy hat on and rain on the parade. When I was in high school it was fun to go to vintage clothing store and get some cool old style clothes, maybe a classic hat, that type of thing. Good fun.
When it comes to a car there are a few more serious issues at stake, i.e. You are not buying a $5 old hat. I'm assuming this is to be a daily driver, not something to park in a garage and drive once a month. So a points to consider.
1. Lack of modern safety features. Who needs those right? Well at one time seat belts were a customer option. Hard to believe but true. If I get into an accident I would like to have an airbag, seat belt, crumple zone, shatter resistant glass, etc in the car to reduce my injuries or save my life (and for my passengers).
2. Anti lock brakes. See point one. During an emergency situation or bad weather ABS gives the driver a better chance of avoiding an accident.
3. Repairs. Hard to find parts and expensive.
According to me "1994 Ford Probe GT V6" is much better compare to other cars. Because the Ford Probe GT is simply the good value in the hotest sports-coupe class.
- What are some of your favorite (unpopular) classic cars? For example, Everyone loves a 1969 Camaro SS or a '57 BelAir, or even a 1979 Trans Am. But what about a 1954 Hudson Hornet, or a 1934 duesenberg? Or even a 1934 Ford with a 1000

- What are some current TV reality shows in the United States that restores classic cars that? Are accepting cars for restorations? Like Overhaulin, which is not accepting cars at this time. I want to surprise my husband somehow to get his 54 Ford finished for him and I can't do it on my own. Please include links if you can.
- What are some cars that you could sleep in the back? I'm looking for a car that when you but the back seats down, its long enough to sleep in. It could be diagonally as long as you have enough space. Something like a ford falcon, but not a van.
