What are some uk wide car dealers that are good please?

E.g. Ford (or other brands) used cars, arnold clark etc. Jct600 and dews are local examples for me, but some nationwide examples please, like arnold clark, that are good. Don't want websites where anyone can sell used cars, thanks.

Your question can't really be answered, there are good and bad branches of all big dealer chains.
Understand that any car dealer, and particularly the big ones, exist to slot punters into whatever cars they happen to have in stock at the time at maximum profit to themselves, don't be fooled into thinking they care about you as a person, you're just the next bit of finance agreement commission to the salesman, nothing more. They'll promise you the earth and when you need them, if the car has a fault, they'll fight tooth and nail to keep them from spending a penny on it.

I'd stay away from them, but if you insist, ask locally, not on here.

I'd definitely give Arnold Shark a wide berth, they're the worst of them, but some others aren't far behind. Wouldn't trouble Evans Halshaw with my money either.

I will NEVER go to a Dealer, for they are all the same - their warranties aren't worth the paper they sit on, and the cars are thousands more than you can buy them for on the private market. I've seen many friends and family absolutely disgusted and frustrated when they have bought a lemon from a dealer - it will never happen to me.

If you are a regular on this site you should realise that Arnold Clark get a lot of stick from dis-satisfied customers.
