This isn't a courtroom or a trial. It's an investigation for a job interview. Polygraph results are admissible. Will Kavanaugh agree to one?

Ford took one and the results are well known to the Judiciary committee. IN YOUR OPINION, WILL KAVANAUGH AGREE TO BE POLYGRAPHED BY THE FBI NEXT WEEK? Or will he chicken out?

He'll chicken out. His sense of entitlement has been carefully groomed over 5 decades. There's no way he'll agree to be treated like a commoner.

There's a saying in Law Enforcement; "If you did it, refuse the polygraph, If you are innocent, ask for the polygraph".

Being a judge, Kavanaugh knows this axiom as he has seen it work hundreds of times. If he refuses a polygraph, he did it.

Wow… Every single witness to the event that Ford said would back her up in a sworn penalty of felony statement said they saw nothing - nothing happened - they were even at the house. Despite what Ford had testified to. So who's not accurate? Four separate independent of each other people, or the one who claims it?

I wouldn't take one, they are not admissible in court for a reason, to unreliable and too much subject to interpretation.

He's letting the committee decide what he should do and then he will do whatever they ask. This is the correct process. Democrat senators are trying to make him personally do things out of process, which is wrong and Kavanaugh knows it.

Polygraph failure rates can be as high as 50% and the test itself is considered junk science to most researchers. Anyone would be foolish to submit to one.
