Round disk that holds the spare in place. What is it called?

I had roadside assistance change my tire. They just put the tire back in my van since I was going straight to the dealership. They left by the side of the road that round disk that holds the spare up against the side of the rear of the van. I want to replace it, but Ford says I have to replace the whole jack assembly. That's ridiculous. I just need the one piece of it. So I want to try to replace it - or figure out a substitute. But what is it called? Any ideas? It's a Ford Transit Connect 2011.

Go to the junk yard and tell them what you are looking for. They will be more likely to sell you just that part. Depending on where you are, you may have to pull it out while others don't let anyone on their lots anymore(state regs)

Go online and Google "body parts schematic 2011 Ford Transit." You should be able to determine what the part is called.

Just find a NUT that fits the scew and that will work

Contact a salvage yard.

Go by your local junk or salvage yard and tell them what you need. If you can find a pull-a-part yard, they will let you go out and find what you need. Chances are it's a pretty standard item among many Fords, and they will not be expensive, so you can probably buy a few from different models and see what fits. Don't go through the dealer. Too expensive.

Go to an auto wreckers

Get a large metal washer at Home Depot.
