97 ford taurus still won't work?

2nd alternator and it's in working condition (voltage regulator and all), brand new fully charged battery, battery bolts clean, all fuses and mega fuse clean and working, ground cables good, still dies and drains battery completely within hour even minutes when lights on… Multimeter clocks battery at 12.6 when off and down to 12 when on, why is this happening?! The alternator is even definitely hitting the battery because autozone was able to test it through the battery i don't know what to do anymore

Best amp and subs for 110A Alternator?

My vehicle is a 2000 Ford Taurus SE. I'm assuming that it is a 110A Alternator. I looked at the numbers on the alternator and they are a3622f. I don't know if that is a model number or what. But anyways I'm wondering how much watts I can put out for an amp. Would a 1,400 watt amp work good? I could get a capacitor also. This vehicle has power seats, power windows, etc. So I need to take all that into account. Could you guys give me some recommendations for some subs that hit the hardest? Loud bass is my goal lol Thanks guys!

Oh and if I get two subs how should I wire them? Series? Parallel? 1 ohm? 2? 4?

ICBC Insurance (auto vs moto)?

I'm a 20 year old new driver/rider with no driving record and money is very tight for me. How much do you usually pay for insurance in BC? The car i've been looking at is a 1999 Ford Taurus or a 2001 Toyota Corolla and the bike is a Honda CBR125 (125cc). I could not find any online quotes so I just wanted to hear from some people!

Also my father does not live in BC but would sign me under his policy, which am I better off driving?

Thanks for any advice!

Added (1). I'm going to be living in either Surrey or Burnaby

2001 ford taurus vs 1997 mitsubishi mirage?

I'm looking to buy a car and i have the option to buy the taurus off of my dad but I'm looking on craigslist and saw the Mitsubishi. I was just curious over all which one would be a better car. Both have about the same amount of miles.

Would this car be worth getting?

I found a Ford Taurus 2004 SEL with 57,000 miles for $5822. There are no problems with this car and it drove pretty nice. I don't really know too much about cars and this will be my first car. Do you guys think that the taurus is worth the price?

Added (1). Forgot to mention that it also has leather seats.
