Mazda5 or Subaru Outback?

2001 Ford Taurus
So Wednesday morning when it was like -10 i go out to start my car and it won't start. Charge it up and start it and notice the battery light is on.
I get it juiced up enough to take it to advanced Auto and both the alternator and battery are deader than door nails.
I replaced Both parts this morning, went to drive to work tonight and the first thing I notice is the battery light is no longer coming on, yay! But now its not coming on at all, even when you first start the car, nor are half my dash lights (like one half of the speedometer is lit, the other half isn't)
I had to get to work so I didn't pay it any attention. About 2 minutes into my drive all my dash lights start flickering, and the minute I pull in to work it dies.
I'm at a loss, what else could it be? I checked the fuses and they are all good.
I have a 1993 Ford Taurus. The engine moves abruptly when shifting gears. I know little about auto mechanics and have no choice but to fix this myself due to financial hardship. After research, I concluded I have broken motor mount(s). How many motor mounts on my vehicle specifically, and where are they located?
My 1999 ford taurus is fouling no. 6 plug with gas, what causes it to do that? - 1
Okay, so my dad totaled my grandma's 1999 Ford Taurus and this is the closest thing I could find to what she had. My grandma doesn't drive much so the vehicle's age doesn't matter really but she still wants a car to drive around in. My local Mazda dealer is selling this 2008 Mazda5 with 92,567 miles for $8,980. Is this a good deal?
2005 ford taurus how to change intake manifold? - 1
Well, my grandma and aunt are making a decision right now.
My dad today totaled my grandma's 1999 Ford Taurus so my aunt is going to sell her car (a 2002 Mercury Sable) to her (my grandma doesn't drive much, so it's fine if she has an older car) and she'll get a newer car. I've decided to look up used cars online (she's not tech savvy) and my aunt has become interested in buying a Honda product as some of my family members own them and Hondas seem to be better than Fords. So, two cars I found were a 2014 Honda Accord with a little over 9,000 miles on it and a 2013 Acura TSX with a little over 22,000 miles on it. They're about the same price and are both certified-pre-owned by our local Honda and Acura dealers, so which car is better?
Okay, my dad just totaled my grandma's 1999 Ford Taurus wagon.
He was trying to turn and we hit a Nissan Frontier. The Nissan was fine, but the Ford is totaled, and my dad has never been in accident like this ever before. Does this go under my dad's insurance or my grandma's? She did give him the permission to drive it.
So, last night a car stopped In the middle of the road so the Jeep in of me slammed on brakes, so I slammed on mine, but it was wet so I slid and smashed into the back of the Jeep. Anyways, I know I'll need a new hood, but since the Jeep is bigger than my 2004 Ford Taurus Se we went under her car. So the bumper is just fine. Airbags did not deploy on impact. Anyways, when I got out, I noticed that a bunch of stuff was leaking on the passenger side, and a lot of steam/smoke was coming out. The car was still running, and i could drive it forward, but I could not turn the steering wheel. So, what could the fluids be? Perhaps since I couldn't turn the wheel it was just steering fluid? And since the air bags didn't deploy does that means there's possibly no structural damage? Since it's a 2004, is it a total loss? Just trying to et an idea before my insurance starts doing estimates etc.
On the car I got a p0300 and a p0316 code. I put some fuel injector cleaner in before filling up the gas to see if it would help. Is there any other possible ways to fix this?
