Is it worth repairing a 1999 ford taurus with a warped head and 185000 miles on it?

What i'm asking is will it have a longer life span if taken care of right.

Not really. It's tired and ready for the crusher.

It depends. Usually a Ford automatic car that old has had to have the transmission replaced or rebuilt quite a few miles ago. For some people it is nothing to have the heads shaved and gaskets replaced. If it were my car, I would scrap it.

Once you do the heads the transmission would probably let go. Theses are known for this, I had one. Just find another car.
