I have a 2010 Ford Taurus keyless remote and I just replaced the outside keyless entry keypad and there's no power to it?
My question is does anyone have and idea why there's no power to the outside keypad? Have anyone experienced this problem? Beside taking it to another dealership can anyone help me out? Oh yeah by the way I went to the Ford Dealership to get the part replaced, but he wanted to charge my an arm and a leg to put in the code.

I think for keys you can only go thru a dealership, maybe try phoning another dealership in your area if you have more than one.
- 2000-2007 Ford Taurus. How long distance receive remote keyless entry signal? My taurus is only 10 feet. Is it normal? I bought new after market new remote and new battery but still same. I want to fix if its not normal. And Which location remote receiver unit?
- Why does my keyless remote entry/alarm reset itself? I have a 2002 ford mustang. I have to program the remote to the cars factory alarm system every time. It will only stay programmed for an hour or less. It is not the remote because I've tested it on another ford vehicle and the battery is still good. Also the theft light sometimes stays on and sometimes it will blink.

I have a 2005 mustang I have the ford remote that came with car already programmed and working but I have a GM remote that I was wanting to try to program so we can have 2 remotes will this work or am i wasting time thanks for any help.
- How to reset a keyless entry without the code 2002 ford focus zx5? I have a 2002 ford focus zx5 hatch and I have no idea what the code for the keyless entry on the hatch is. I d like to know it or reset it in case I ever lock myself out. Any way I can do this?
