1999 Ford Taurus SE Wagon coolant leak?
For a few weeks we have been having a mixture of coolant and oil on the ground. Today while doing the oil change and replacing the plug and gasket (which solved the leak) I notices whatever is right above the oil pan has a drop of antifreeze (diluted) coming off it about every thirty seconds. What part is this?
Might be a coolant hose or checkout the water pump
- Which car is the overall to keep for a couple of yrs? 1999 Nissan maxima, 1999 Altima, 2006 ford Taurus or 2002 buick lesabre? All of them have low mileage as the Taurus have 69000 and the maxima have the highest of 123000. They all under 1100 bucks.
- My 1995 Ford Taurus Wagon Shakes while driving? It shakes quite a bit when I reach about 30mh. If I let off the gas there's no shaking at all. While stoped the shaking is minimal. I don't know a whole lot about cars but any help is appreciated, Thanks!
- I turn the a/ c on in my Ford.Taurus and nothing happens! It is a.94 station.wagon? I checked the fuse panel under the steering column and. They looked o.k. Is there another fuse.panel that.is. Also controlling the air conditioning?
- Ford Taurus: losing coolant, no visible leak? I have a 2004 Taurus. My coolant level is low in the reservoir, I keep having to top it off. Car not overheating, running fine. No visible leaks on floor. No white smoke coming out of pipe on start up. Suggestions?
