I just bought a 1990 Ford Ranger and it is doing something weird?

As stated in the title I bought a 1990 Ford Ranger today and it had recently gotten some parts replaced including: Fly Wheel, Starter, tires and some others. But the problem is, when I'm stop and accelerate the whole truck shakes and jiggles and I'm not exactly sure what it is? Any comments help.
It's a Ford Ranger 1990 Automatic 4wd.

Added (1). Also, I'm not sure if this is normal on these old of cars but when on the freeway going about 65 that's red lining it.

Sounds like your transfer case is in 4 wheel low as far as being red lined at 65

Sounds like your front end is out of alignment. And/or engine mount broken.

My sister's used to do this, if you change the oil and spark plugs it should reduce the shaking but it could be several different things that cause it, the wheel could be the problem they might not be fastened tight enough. If the truck is lifted it could be wind resistance, or it could be the engine just shaking drastically because the engine is 24 years old. The engine isn't getting enough air, fuel or spark that it needs to run smoothly. Overall I suggest checking the air filter, changing the oil and spark plugs, and purchasing STP fuel injector cleaner and then go from there.

Could be a miss, could be the tailshaft od the transmission isn't bolted down, could be worn out u-joints
