Need help figuring out what is wrong with my 1998 ford ranger?

I have a 1998 ford ranger 3.0l 4wd. Anyways, I drove it home and it wouldn't start the next day. So, I checked the fuel pressure at the rail and it was 0psi. So, I pulled the bed off right quick and checked the voltage to the pump. The first pin had 5v, middle pin has 0v, and the last pin had 5v. I checked the relay and it was good… Any ideas on where else to look?

You have to check voltage when you are cranking. You need power (12V) and ground. One of the wires is the fuel gauge wire. If there's no power at the power wire, check for input and output power at the inertial switch when cranking. Load power and control power and ground at the relay will need to be checked when cranking if there's no input power at the inertial switch.

I would just take it to a mechanic and have them look at it

The computer shuts off the fuel pump relay in 10 seconds if the motor isn't running so he only way to test for 12 volts at the fuel pump is to jump the relay.
