How Will A 2001 Ford Ranger Handle High Altitude?

I'm moving from Southern California to Colorado later this week and I'm driving my 2001 Ford Ranger out there. It has roughly 147,000, it is four cylinders, and it is Manuel transmission. I'm moving to a place that has an altitude of over 6,000 feet.

Should I be worried about the performance of the truck once I get out there?

Anything with a supercharger or turbocharger on board will be free from the 'gaspy' nature of a naturally-aspirated engine when taken up to altitude.
