Ford ranger for 2000 Chrysler Sebring?

I have a 98 ford ranger with about 115,000 miles on it. And a friend wants to trade a 2000 Chrysler Sebring with about 167,000 miles on it. Plus maybe $500 bucks. Is this a good deal or no? Exactly how reliable are 2000 Chrysler Sebring's known for being? Any info would be helpful.

I HAVE A 99 FORD RANGER WITH ABOUT THE SAME MILEAGE ON IT. I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR 2 CHRYSLER SEBRINGS. AND I RETIRED FROM A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AFTER 23 YEARS. And here is a foot note. If it is a Sebring coup or convertible, it was built by Mitsubishi and sold by Chrysler. If it is a sedan, it was built by Chrysler.
