Won't car companies release old-style vehicles?
Old-fashioned vehicles but with modern internals? Like the Chevrolet in Pulp Fiction or 1966 Ford Thunderbird and such. They're so beautiful

I have a 6.0 diesel excursion and would like to know the tow capacity. It has a new torque converter, a new turbo, egr delete, a 4 inch exhaust, a 6 inch all suspension lift, and 38x16.5 tires.
With the millions of recalls, it makes me wonder, will General Motors be headed for bankruptcy in the near future?
I'm no economist or CEO but i dare say it is. I'd be keen to hear what others have to say.
Firstly the government bailout. I think it did little but to stave the bankruptcy of GM for a few more years.
If a company has to ask the Government for bailout package that tells me the company wasn't doing that well to begin with.
It would be great for GM if they didn't have competitors but unfortunately for them they do, not just Ford either but overseas manufacturers such as Toyota (i myself own a Toyota and love driving it, for no other reason then the amazing furl economy it delivers).
In business you can't just make a product (in the case of GM, cars) and expect to succeed. One, they have to be of exceptional quality (GM fail that one with the millions of recalls) and people actually have to want to buy them (again the recalls aren't going to help with future sales).
The recalls. The millions of recalls shows the lack of oversight at GM that so many cars could be so poorly made that they need to be recalled. These recalls will affect sales in two ways.
Those that bring back their cars may very well not want to keep driving them and certainly not want to buy from GM in the future, and any would be buyers would be scared off buying one now.
So can GM survive this massive amount of recalls which will no doubt affect its bottom line?
Does anyone have the radio code for Ford streetka serial number m002113?
I own a 1988 Ford Thunderbird (It's a v8 3 liter engine), it only has 73,000 original miles on it but its A/C doesn't work. The body and interior are in excellent shape. Any good guesses to how much it's worth? I don't know quite enough about cars to know for sure.
Basically I went thru some construction last month and I ran into and over some cement / metal cubes in the road… My muffler was knocked loose and broke and car began shaking immediately and then wen I got home ( less than a mile away) I parked my car… A few hours later the car wouldn't start… So I filed a claim… It was towed to a select service shop and they could fix it, wanted to send it to ford… Instead I asked if they could take it to the dealership where I bought the car they said yes…
It took them 2 weeks to get an adjuster out to look at my car… By this time. The shop had already began working on my car because they know me being that I got it from them…
So now State Farm is telling me they will only pay for the muffler being fixed… Out of about 1300 dollars they only want to pay out Saying that the other damage could have been done prior…
That can't be true because after the accident all this mess started happening, fuel pump was broke into pieces… Just had both pumps replaced in March, tie rod was messed up. And other minor things… Please help… I'm not liking State Farm and this process has been **** … It has been since June 13th…
