Blue smoke from Turbo Diesel Ute?

When I turn my Turbo Diesel engine on (Ford Courier 1999) it spits out load of blue smoke on startup. Also seems to only spit out blue smoke on idling, upon applying accelerator, the smoke disappears until idling again.
Any recommendations on how I can troubleshoot the culprit? The Turbo is held together with Duct tape at the moment. (from previous owner) So i'm unsure if that is the cause.

1998 Ford Windstar Troubles?

I have a 1998 Ford Windstar with the 3.8L Motor. Starting about a month ago, I noticed that at idle, in Drive, the vehicle still pushed forward. The brakes still held it, but I could feel it intermittantly pushing against them. At the same time, the rpm would drop during the push. It would be the same as someone not fully disengaging the clutch on a manual. Unfortunately, the problem has been getting worse, and what was before an occasional issue has become regular, with the surging happening whether in Park, Neutral, or Drive (but stopped). Sometimes it will even stall the engine. Fuel economy has dropped considerably also. Oddly enough, when I put it in drive, and let off the brake, it scarcely moves at idle. Any ideas as to what could be the issue would be appreciated. My suspicion is the TCC, but I'm not certain.

We Lock Up Criminals, but what if President is a criminal? Do we impeach? Does DOJ indict Is their already a sealed indictment against Trump?

The Mueller court filings clearly show Trump is an unindicted co conspirator.

If Mueller has criminal charges against the President he can indict him, but there's some views that say that can't be done. The Nixon impeachment DOJ released files shows that they were in fact, going to indict a sitting President. Nixon resigned before they did so. Ford pardoned him after.

What will happen if Trump has criminal charges against him in a sealed indictment?

Can DOJ tell Americans they have a sealed indictment against him?
