Buying/leasing first car? Insurance?

Ok first off, please don't call me spoiled or whatever. I'm going to be 16 soon and I don't know if I want to buy or lease DUE TO INSURANCE. I can afford a lease if I wanted no problem. I can get a Ford and Chrysler employee discount. For a used car, I'm looking at a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta SE pretty much fully loaded for around $14-15k. For leading, I'm looking at (I know this sounds Really stupid) but a 2014/2015 Chrysler Town and Country or a Chrysler 300. I know it's weird for a teen to want a minivan, but they appeal to me for some odd reason. I like the V6 Pentastar in the T&C, the safety, and the roominess. I wouldn't be afraid to drive it because it's nice and big too. But if I was to be put as an "occasional driver" while my mom is the main driver, would it be much more for a brand new (leased) vehicle than only a 2 year old used car? We tried contacting her insurance agent but he never responded… Very rude. Opinions? Please don't call me spoiled. I work hard and am a good child.

How to fix my car door locks?

I have a '93 ford truck I bought it and my keys don't unlock the door
I have two keys one for the back window and one that works for the ignition
the back window key doesn't even fit
but the ignition key I thought was the key for the door as well will fit in the key hole but won't turn (driver or passanger side)
I can lock and unlock the doors from the inside
but the keys don't work so I can't lock it when I leave it
and I don't know even how to start fixing the issue
should I go to an auto shop? Lock smith? Can I fix this myself?
