What are the best piston rings out there? I've used Hastings twice and both engines end up with blow by. Ford 302.

Are there any drawbacks to staying in Tyson's corner when visiting Washington, DC?

My girlfriend and I are taking a road trip to Washington, DC the first week of June. We're going down on a Thursday, stopping in Baltimore on the way down to visit the Inner Harbor, on Friday, we reserved the 10 AM Capitol tour, and plan to visit the Smithsonian museums and the memorials, on Friday, we plan to visit Arlington National Cemetery and Mount Vernon, and on Sunday, we're going to check out and visit Ford's Theatre and the National Zoo and then go home. We're thinking about staying in Tyson's Corner. The hotel we want to stay at is right next to the Tyson's Corner Metro Station. It seems a little less money to stay in Tyson's corner as opposed to in Washington or Arlington. Are there any other drawbacks to staying in Tyson's corner other than the longer Metro ride into Washington (35 minutes)?

If a New car cost more than your home why buy it?

I have a house that I own outright. And it cost me around $30,000 and a New car from the Ford dealer will cost me about $35000. Why buy it? Isn't car just suppose to get you from point A to point B and back to point A?
