What's the difference between a chevy silverado and cheyenne?
Was looking to get my first truck and my needs are something I can cruise around in as a daily driver and use for my small moving business on the weekends.
I have my heart set on a chevy truck, particularly something like a 97+ c1500. But I was curious as to what the difference between the silverado and cheyenne is. What I'm assuming is the cheyenne is a step up from a basic work truck and has pick-and-choose options whereas the silverado has most options standard?
I'm not picky when it comes to bells and whistles. Cloth split bench seats, carpeting, and a tow package is all I need. Other than that, power windows/locks would be great so I don't have to reach over and roll them up every time I get on the highway.
The heaviest thing I've ever had to tow would be a car on a uhaul car hauler so I know I don't need something like a 3500.
What's the difference other than trim? Different engines? I'm looking for a 5.0 v8
Added (1). Right now I work for a local landscaping company and they use a couple ford trucks and I really don't like those trucks.
