My Van is missing on acceleration?

I have a Ford e350 v8 year 2002. The van has 126,000 miles. The van had sat for a while and has had some work done to it. New starter, brake lines, bearings replaced in engine, new pan gasket. Mostly on high acceleration a I get bad missing and a shutter like its not getting enough gas or something. I was concerned that it may be the transmission filter clogged, maybe the coils, or maybe the spark plugs need replaced? I'm also getting a speedometer that jumps around part of the time, possibly from sitting. Any serious suggestions or input would be helpful in the diagnosis process. All fluid levels are clean and at max.

Will 1984 - 1995 corvette posi rear end hold up to 700 HP?

Or can you get parts to beef a corvette rear end?
I have heard that years ago street racers used to put a Ford Couger rear end in Chevy because the individual axles made it better for handling, so I thought I would check into using a corvette rear end assembly in a rat rod with 700 HP.

Highest paying car dealership to work for?

Just started a career in the automotive world as a technician for Toyota. After a couple months I decided to leave it for a position as a Parts counter person for a Kia dealership who is paying me a little better.

Now my question is that I want to continue to grow in this field and I want to know which car brand tends to be the absolute best in regards to parts counter? I have a feeling I should one day switch to a Ford or Chevrolet dealership as an experienced parts counter person or even Bmw or porsche?

What are my options when my car lease is up?

Best primer for truck frame?

I'm painting a 1955 Ford F-100 frame/body and am not really sure which priming method would be the best. My frame would be down to bare metal. I hear a lot about Epoxy primer. Is this the best? I want the best protection for my truck and if you recommend any brands that would be helpful too. I want to do this myself also.

What's better for US economy: A foreign car made in the USA, or an American car that's imported?

This is an interesting topic, because Toyota makes most of their parts in the US (75%) for most cars, and I believe all are assembled here. American brands such as Ford and GM on the other hand mostly contain parts from Mexico and Canada (less than 75% US parts), and many of their vehicles are now assembled in Mexico and Canada.

Some people say that Toyota is better for the US economy, and I agree. People say that since most the parts are made here and the vehicles are assembled here, Toyota creates many jobs, and a lot of the money stays in the country. Many Americans can also invest in Toyota stock, as with all other car companies.

The counter argument though is that the profits of Toyota are leaving and going overseas, while Ford and GM stay here. People also say that most of the vehicle development of Toyota happens in Japan, while Ford and GM stay here, so people may lose jobs there.
