I have a 2006 mercury grand marquis as my daily driver. Car is actually pretty peppy for what it is however its still a bit under what i would like it to be. I've played around with the idea of turbo chargers and superchargers but all are pretty expensive and id have to custom fabricate most items as they don't really make kits for panther bodies. So i thought why not swap in the 4v that was in the marauder/cobra/mark8/etc? Since this car already came with the 4v in the form of the marauder i know the engine shouldnt have any problems with fitment to the bell housing and mounts. However, the wiring. Would the 2v wiring harness be able to run the 4v motor without any other modifications besides an ecu tune/ replacement with the 4v's unit?
I have a 1976 ford ltd 7.5l. It drives fine but after maybe 15-20 minutes smoke starts to come from the exhaust pipes. I checked the oil and radiator and it looks fine. Oil and radiator fluid is not mixing.

I have a 2005 Ford Five Hundred. My engine light was on and the car started misfiring. Went to AutoZone and they code checked it with their machine and it said that the third coil pack was bad. Change that and the spark plugs. It still jerks and now when I accelerate the engine light blinks. Anyone know what it could be?
