Oilfield company worked me over my hours of service causing me to rollover and get injured. What can i do now?

Started work at 430am and rolled my 18wheeler over at 1145pm. Forced dispatched by my company nite dispatch who refused to relief me. By law i'm only supose to work 14 hours top. My company did not care about me as their employee working me over my hours which ended in me crashing and being hauled off in an ambulance. Causing me very bad injury.Louisiana. Liquids services llc is the company wich note still work their drivers like this everyday. They are an oilfield water hauling company in the eagle ford shale hauling for EOG. What can i do now? They refuse to pay my hospital bills and their workercomp carrier gallagher basset Refuses to pay workers comp beifits and i'm injured from my back and neck.

You need a lawyer. You drove beyond your legal hours. That's not good so don't take any specific advice from here.
