Is the glove compartment latch working properly?
That sounds to me to be metal on metal. Metal on metal sounds while stopping would mean that your brake pads are worn out and you desperately need a new brake job on the front wheels! If you continue to drive with this condition, you will be also damaging your brake rotors. The now pad-less brake pads will be wearing grooves into the rotors.
Hi it is amazing what some expect from cars that have done 100k miles. Yes it is most certainly a worn out engine and gearbox.
- Why did Trump say of Dr. Ford: I thought her testimony was very compelling, looks like a very fine woman and was a very credible witness? I thought her testimony was very compelling, and she looks like a very fine woman to me. A very fine woman. It was incredible. It was an incredible moment, I think, in the history of our country. But certainly she was a very credible witness. She was very good in many respects. https://www.c-span.org/video/?452222-1/president-trump-reacts-calls-delaying-vote-kavanaugh-nomination
- What causes vibration and skidding tires while braking? I have a 1997 ford aerostar, and it runs beautifully. The only issue is the brakes. I had the brake lines, calipers and front left wheel bearing changed. The brake pedal goes down pretty far before activating the brakes, and a lot of times if i apply a little too much pressure they don't work and i just start skidding. Also, if i'm going fast and start slowing down the van vibrates pretty violently. What could cause this, and estimate how much to repair?

- I have a Ford Ranger 4.0 and the AC doesn't blow very cool air. I want to add refrigerant for very 1st time, never have added to any vehicle? I'm using a gauge to test the pressure. With AC on max the needle moves between 25 and 45, the blue normal range. The compressor cuts on at 45 and off at 25. This happens continuously. The outside temp is 80 degrees. Not exactly understanding what I was doing, I added a little refrigerant and now the needle goes to 47 in the yellow range. Will this do any harm? Can I remove the excess refrigerant? If so, how? Is the system fully charged? If so, why isn't the air cooler?
