What is the best air intake for a 2014 v6 mustang?

I can't decide what to get i was thinking either the ford racing intake, the 302 boss intake, lincoln i takes, or bbk. I was thinking about k&n but i feel they are a little over rated. Tell me what you think and give me some more suggestions please!

You lost me at, 'Boss 302 Intake on a V6 engine'. That said, the V6 Mustang guys who are running non-boosted 1/4 mile times like, 13.63, 13.71 and 13.23, are all using cold air intakes, tuners and exhaust modifications. According to the Mustang forums, Steeda, Airraid, BBK C&L seem to be the most popular CAI for the newer V6 Mustangs. Unless you also buy a tuner, CAI is a waste of money.

Most of the fast non-boosted V6ers have: CAI, an aftermarket tune, ported stock intake manifold, BBK long tube headers, off road x pipe, cat deletes or high flow cats, Roush, FRPP, Borla, Magna Flow or Flow Master mufflers, 3.73:1 rear axle gear ratio, aluminum one piece drive shaft, some type of lightweight racing wheels, with drag radial tires.

I can't speak from experience, but after reading countless entries on V6 Mustang forums, I can say this with confidence, the most significant bolt on mods that you can make to your car are: 3.73 rear gears, aftermarket tune, full exhaust, lightweight wheels, grippy tires and better brake pads, in case you want to do something crazy, like stop your car.

I left out a supercharger, because a single mod that costs $6K to $7K and takes 1 to 1.5 days to install and professionally tune, is bit more than a bolt on mod, in my book.

Looks aside… The stock one

Get what ever you think looks cool, because it has been proven numerous times that the factory air intake designers know what they were doing.

Intakes will not make much of a difference in hp (3hp-5hp which you won't be able to feel the difference). The major difference if noise. Also non-cold air filters can actually decrease hp.
