Is it possible to put a 5.7 hemi into a Ford 06 mustang gt?
I have my hands on a 5.7 hemi with 30k miles and I want to swap it with the 4.6 sort of an abomination mustang will it fit? Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?
Anything of that nature is possible with enough time, money and ingenuity, but it would be a huge project with many difficult problems to solve. Don't waste your time.
Anything is possible if you have the time and money. Since you'll need to swap the entire drive train of the dodge into the mustang with a whole lot of cutting, bracing and welding… Well. Stupid ideas abound and yours qualifies
Yes, hopefully you get miles on your credit card for it. You should be able to fly to Australia for two after you get it done.
For what it will cost - you might as well just buy a new Challenger before you wreck the value of the Mustang.

- 1997 Ford Ranger 4.0 V6 won't shift into drive after being driven. Takes longer than should to shift into drive when first started? It will go in reverse fine. First thing in the morning when I leave for work, it will shift into drive on it's own, but takes a bit longer than it should. After getting it warm, won't shift into drive at all. I can shift down to 1st or 2nd, then back into drive and it will "pop up" into drive within a second or 2. I also have a ODB2 error P1744 (Torque Converter circuit).
