Insurance on a 2002 Ford Mustang?

The mustang I'm looking at getting is a 2002 V6 3.8 L engine. I'm 16 years old. I have Nationwide Insurance. I'm under my parents policy. And I have a good student discount. I want to know around how much my insurance will be. My parents promised they would buy me it If I payed for the insurance. I also live in Ohio. Any estimates?

A LOT… That's all we can really say

If you want an actual number you're going to have to go talk to an actual insurance agent

It will still be very expensive even if your under their insurance. It would be about 300 dollars a month. Mustangs for someone your age has enormous premiums. You might get insurance a little cheaper if they don't list you as the primary driver on the mustang. If they list you as the primary driver let say on the family mini van ( not say your family has one. ) Your insurance would be much cheaper and you can still drive the mustang all you want. I've been cheating the insurance companies for years. That's the best way to get a lower monthly rate.
