For drag racing, can I go with a smaller rim on the back with a bigger tire and keep my 19 on the front? - 1
Edit
2008 Ford Mustang
Right now i'm sitting at 245/45r19 fronts and rears 275/40r19
The reason for asking is because i can't find a drag radial or Slick that fits my rim?
Sure, I run 295-50-15 on the back. But if you start running slicks, watch your rear differential. Slicks can tear it up… Thank you so much! @rick

- What car should I start with for drag racing? I'm thinking about starting to drag race with a couple of friends. But at a track! Not on the street with the friends haha. I was wondering what car I should start with? Preferably American made, easy to work on, and hopefully a mopar car? If not ford or chevy will be fine. And also where should I look for one? And should I start from the ground up? Or get a finished one? And if so what parts should I get?
- Can I swap 15 inch tire an rim with a 16 inch tire an rim? The rims an tires are off a dodge van, they are 5 hole rims, the car I want to put them on is a ford taurus with a 16 inch tire on it.

- I'm on the road traveling and my valero (back tire) is leaking? So I'm on the road and we've only made 3 stops. 1 in Kansas Wichita around there. And another in Oklahoma and 1 in Dallas tx. And on the last stop we saw that the tire in the passenger back side was smoking and the back of the sports track ford truck was full of oil that the tire was leaking. Were headed to San Antonio. What can I do.
