Do ford mustangs have tighter steering than other cars?
I'm getting a 2000 ford mustang, my other car went and this one is in great shape. The steering is just tighter than any other vehicle I had, is that because it's a performance vehicle or something? It drives fine I just wasn't used to that. I barely even have to turn the wheel to take a turn, it's so sensitive too.
All models are different in the power steering, that is the beauty of cars, they are so interesting.
They have decent handling/steering response but for the most part I would say NO… For example I have a 2006 mini and a 91 mustang, and my mini definitely has tighter steering than the mustang
They do generally have a quick rack ratio, yes. They also give a decent road feel like a pony car should
- If my power steering pump and pulley break, is there any other parts I may have to potentially replace? Last night when I was driving, my power steering pump busted and also broke my power steering pulley. I have a 2002 ford Taurus. In the process of the pulley breaking off, the serpentine belt came off. It is still on the car so I just have to re position it once the new pulley is on. My question is through this incident, could anything else have broken? I just did a bypass pulley for the AC compressor last week. And I also replaced the serpentine belt last week.
- I searched on cars.com and found Ford Mustangs with FWD, AWD and 2 wheel drive, are those ads fake? Seriously, there's listings on cars.com with Ford Mustangs and even camaros and challengers that was listed as having AWD or fwd or 2 wheel drive. This makes no sense to me because as Far as I know, these cars only come in RWD! So are these ads false or do these cars actually have the option of changing the drivetrain?
- Isn't it priceless that none other than Diane Feinstein herself will be responsible for the confirmation of JUSTICE BRETT KAVANAUGH? I guess sitting on Christine Ford's silly little story until the 11th hour turned out to be a GREAT BIG FAIL!
- I have a Ford Fusion with a great working engine. Does this engine fit in other cars ala the Litter and Cylinder numbers are the same? I have a Ford Fusion 2009 that the body is kind of wrecked. So I'm looking for a new body. Does that has to be Ford Fusion or I can go for different ones? The engine is 2.3L/4Cylinders. I looked it up and Mustang and Mazda CX7 and etc have the same numbers.
