Kavanaugh has a failed approach. He is producing women who say they didn't know he molested women. So by that logic, any criminal can get off the hook by producing people who say they didn't know he did crimes.
This is a national disgrace. I hope this sleazy action on the part of the DNC results in many losing office this November.
Since she is not on trial or testifying in a criminal trial it would be inappropriate for an outside lawyer to question her. She is offering testimony to the senate. The senate should ask the questions, not some lawyer.
