Yes if you take the front passenger seat out! And don't even think of trying to fit it in the boot (trunk usa) as an average washing is really heavy weighs 150 -200 lbs and the opening just isn't big enough, ask a friend with a van or 4x4

The plumbing involved, might be problematic, likewise it will be an incredible strain on the vehicles electrical system.
