Is Ford the most superior car brand in the world?
Well, my late great grandfather had a Ford car from the late 1930's and guess what? His son (my grandfather) is still using it until today, we never had any problem with it and it still runs like brand new.
I really appreciate the cars: Ford and Jeep, but there's no automobile brand that surpasses Rolls Royce.
But I have a preference for Jeep cars Ford WAS the most superior at one point. These days I wish US cars were on top but If you're going for longevity you're looking at Toyota as the king followed closely by Nissan and Mazda. Frankly, a well maintained piece of machinery for which parts are available, will run a very long time. I can show examples in automotive, production machinery, etc. The brand is not as important as is the maintenance and parts availability. This is an outright lie: "Never had any problems with it"
There's no such thing as an 80 year old car that has never had problems. You can keep it running if you keep replacing everything that breaks (if you can even find the parts), but that is the only way.
Either that or the car was simply never driven, otherwise it would have over a million miles on it (aka, the engine HAD to have been rebuilt at LEAST once, same as the transmission. You don't get over 600k miles on a gasoline engine. It doesn't happen. The rings, bearings, and seals are long since worn out. It would smoke, leak, have low compression, etc, etc)
So, really, who do you think you're fooling? Its like you know so little about cars that you think such an obvious lie is even remotely believeable.
The only way an 80 year old car would still run like brand new is if every worn part had been replaced and the engine and transmission had been rebuilt. Otherwise, this is bs. No its not is it? You really know that though don't you? Great granddads old car proves nothing. The old Fords were well built, actually overbuilt but just about any car, assuming it was a reliable car when new, can give exceptional service if well maintained and driven sensibly. This includes replacing wear parts (brakes, clutch linings, fluids, etc.) on a timely basis.

- Why is Christine Ford the only person in the world that remembers the party? Even her lifelong liberal female friend that Ford named being there has no idea what she is talking about?
- Why do Republicans get upset when Americans buy superior Japanese vehicles? The only somewhat decent US manufacturer is Ford but nowhere near the quality of Honda, Toyota, Subaru, or Nissan.
- What is the most reliable car brand? I know how long a car runs/how reliable it is, all has to do with the owner and how well said car is maintained… But generally, what car brand (eg Ford, Toyota, Chevy) lasts the longest, is the most reliable?
- Truck fans: What is the most superior make? (Specifically the F-series)? I'm looking to buy a truck that can sport a truck camper. Does any F-series Ford truck hold up? Plus, what would you say about thee F-series in specific? Advantages, drawbacks, etc How do they compare to a Toyota Tacoma, or Tundra.
