Is a 1966 ford galaxie convertible a good car?

Just wondering

Depends on how well it's been taken care of and what you actually mean by "good"

To another car from 1966 is not that bad. To a car from 2015 its horrible

I'd drive it, even though my first car was a hard top of that year.

  • What oil type should I use on a 68 ford galaxie xl? I went to the auto store to ask but it wouldn't come up on his computer. He suggested 10w-30 so I bought a jug, but I want to double check before I put it in my car.
  • Too Good to be true? 1997 Ford Mustang Convertible? I'm interested in buying a 1997 6 Cylinder Ford Mustang Convertible for $1500. The car runs very cleanly and it has like approx. 136,000 miles on it. The only problem is that it has been sitting in the sellers backyard for like 5 years. Could it sitting for that length of time have caused any major malfunctions that should prevent me from buying it? The seller has also said that the car has a new transmission if that helps any.
  • Is a 2016 Ford Mustang Premium Convertible for $16,999 a good deal? The one concern I have is the mileage. It's at 73,564. Is that too high for a sports/ muscle car? It has been with two owners. Advice please?
  • Make any car a convertible? So firstly I wondered if you can make any car convertible? I'm getting a cheap ford ka for my first car… I so wanted a convertible but couldn't afford one. Is making mine into a convertible an easy task? And would it be costly?
