The only way that will work is if you put it in the trunk.
Depends [not the baby poop catcher] on what engine you got… It will not fit to a 1938 flathead
Possible. Design and built a 1-off adaptor, custom driveshaft, and walla! Oh, and hack up the frame and tunnel for mounts/clearance/linkages.
Assuming you have a degree and couple decades experience with mechanical engineering, and a machine shop.
Figure $10,000 to have someone else do it (friend prices).
Basically, if you have to ask, not a chance.
It would be pretty easy if you are using a GM engine that will mate with the tranny. Obviously you will have to make custom motor and tranny mounts and use a custom drive shaft. If you try to use the original engine, you will need one hell of an adapter kit.
Sure, go for it. Let us know how it turns out for you
Waste of money that you will regret.
- Is the 1995 Chevy s10's regular cab bigger than the 1996 Ford Ranger's regular cab? I always heard that Chevy trucks have more cab room than old Ford trucks. I'm just thinking if a Chevy s10's regular cab is bigger then the Ford Ranger's regular cab. What's bigger and gives you more space? What smaller and hardly gives you any space?
- Can I make my five speed to a six speed? I have a 91 Ford Ranger 3.0L V6 five speed. I know it's not an idea vehicle to fix but I enjoy the vehicle much. I would to fix it up, I know to give it a better performance that I have to make a lot of things custom. One thing I'd like to do is change it to a six speed, would it be wise to do so and is it possible? I'm hoping for a little bit gas mileage doing this and maybe faster acceleration?
- Should I trade my 1995 ford mustang v6 5 speed for a 3000gt v6 five speed? Mustang runs and drives, 3000gt runs and drives but need ball joint and a arm. Should I trade if he throws money in for trade?
- Can you get a 2015 ford mustang and Chevy camaro in automatic transmission instead of manual transmission? Hi, I'm thinking about buying a 2015 ford mustang or Chevy camaro. Both of the cars come in manual transmission! Is it possible to get it in automatic transmission instead? Can I just ask the dealer (dealership) to give me the car with automatic transmission or do I have to change it myself?
