Trump is NOT going to resign. According to Trump, only losers resign. Pence probably WANTS to resign, but knows if he DOES resign that would be more disastrous and the USA would tear itself apart, which is already happening. Hillary would NOT accept an appointment as vice president. The REASON Hillary conceeded VERY quickly was there were only 8 Justices at the time. IF there had been 9 Justices, she MIGHT NOT have conceeded. Gore did NOT concede in 2000. He eon the popular vote by only 600,000 votes. The Supreme Court made Bush 43 President on January 3. The GOPs gerrymandering of voting districts in Texas AND the USA WORKED.
