She should be arrested, tried and convicted for slander, and thrown in jail for the maximum sentence allowed by law. I fully agree, the left can't be allowed to continue to also this.

The allegation will never be proved false. What matters is if enough senetors believe her to vote against the nomination.
I think it would be best iof Republicans stopped being abusive jerks. Don't blame liberals for what your heroes actually have done. But to answer your question, any false accusation of a crime should be treated the same way, by legal sanction. It is both a crime and likely a cause for civil suit to make false claims.

I'm getting tired of underhanded politics from both sides. The swamp is far from drained. If anything, under Trump, it's been stirred up and the stench is bad.
- Why would anyone think Christine Ford's allegations against Brett Kavanaugh are credible? Obviously her story was rehearsed and designed so that there was no way any detail of her story could be verified.
- Is it obvious that Coca-cola has paid Christine a lot of money to speak against Kavanaugh? All I've seen the entire hearing is a coke bottle? Going up to Ford's lips… Very suspricious everyone else is only allowed a glass of water, yet Christine has an endless supply of coke
- If Kavanaugh did commit the assault against Christine Ford, why didn't he claim that it was a consensual act? In many cases of harassment, the culprit tries to claim that it was a consensual relationship. Since Kavanaugh never did so, does this indicate that he was innocent?
