If I were a famous car company owner and had the option of partnering with either Ford or Chevy, which would be better for my company, why?
Fictitiously of course, It's for a story.
Depends on when the story is set. Before 1911 there were no Chevrolets. Ford was at the top of the heap until about 1950 or so; Chevy has been out front most of the years since then.
Then again, Ford has more recent experience with other automakers. At one time, Ford owned Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Aston Martin, and one-third of Mazda. (All have since been sold off.) GM started Hummer and Saturn, and bought Saab; all three are dead.
Why partner when you can SELL for a very good price. Partnering means they will just be taking over your company.
- Which would be a better option? I would really like either a '67 Impala or a '64 Ford truck. Do you think it would be better to purchase a fixer-upper and fix it? Or purchase one in great condition? ONE MORE QUESTION: Which one do you like better- a '67 hard top two-door Impala, or a '64 Ford truck?
- What's better the famous 454 bbc or the ford 460? I love both! But I do think ford is better. But you don't see people engine swapping 460s into trucks or cars. But I'm thinking a project f100/150 old school carb 460 candy blue and chrome would be sick with tons of power. Opinions? Suggestions?
- What car company is better Ford of Chevy? I love to ask people who do they like ford or chevy? Well do you like Ford or Chevy (i like chevy myself)
