If Dr. Ford had went public earlier, would Trump have nominated Hardiman instead of Kavanaugh?

Probably.

No. Donnie is a puzzie grabber. He likes perverts.

She had nothing to support her case. She wouldn't even turn over evidence to support her claim that she took a lie detector test. Tell me, why would she refuse to turn over evidence of the lie detector test?

There's no good reason to believe Ford. She couldn't name a witness that actually backed up her story, she changed her story on how many people were involved, she changed what year it happened, she claimed people were at the party that couldn't have possibly been there, and changed her story on where it happened.

The only reason you libs believed her is because you didn't want Kavanaugh to be on the court.

I would hope not. Liars like Ford should not have the power to shape the course of events.

Ask Diane Feinstein.

Possibly.

There were other candidates than Hardiman and Kavanaugh so it's possible Trump would've chosen another even if Kavanaugh was deemed too controversial a pick. He could've picked Amy Coney Barrett, for example, which would've been interesting given the gender issues that came up in regards to Kavanaugh's confirmation.

No.

He would have been inspired to nominate Kavanaugh even earlier.

You mean sometime decades closer to when it allegedly happened?

Dr Ford and her dog and pony show was nothing but a ruse to destroy his reputation. Nobody who waits 40 years to report an assault to the police should be believed.

Ford didn't want to go public at all. Feinstein decided that using Ford as a prop for a political circus was more important than Ford's anonymity.
