I have a lawsuit going on against Ford. My lawyer said I have a strong case (lemon law) he told me it can take up to 3 months to a year. W?
Why so long long?
Ford can hire a ton of lawyers to fight this case
Because ford has good lawyers
Because it takes time to file and get a court date. Any time you file a lawsuit it can take MONTHS
A year? ROFL… Try at least 7 in some cases.
The wheels of justice can turn slow.
No such thing as a lemon law, your lawyer is taking your money for nothing.
- Why does Christy Ford's lawyer want Kavanaugh to testify first if they won't release any information to defend himself against? That makes no sense. The accused should be given the opportunity to face their accuser AFTER their accuser has testified. The way it stands now he would not be given the opportunity to counter anything she says.
- Shouldn't congress pass the eye for an eye Christine Ford law where Ford has to follow Sharia law if she can't provide 4 male witnesses? Paying by 100 lashes for not knowing the date of the assault, not knowing any of the details of her claims, and not having ANY witnesses that unknown night because nothing happened.
- Would my 2015 Mustang qualify for the Lemon Law? I own a 2015 Ford Mustang in California. I've owned it for 23 months, I have 31,000 miles, and the manufacturer warranty ends at 36,000 miles. It's the third time I have issues with my AC not throwing cold air. Would my car qualify for the Lemon Law?
