If it's seized, the best thing to do is disassemble it. Possibly will have to bust some of the pistons to get them free of the bores, then a total reman of the block would be in order.
Are we referring to a seized engine or one that needs to get past anti-theft system?
seized can have a lot of factors needing sorting. E.g. Why it has? If simply long term standing? W can put diesel in bores ( half a cup each) leave for 24 hours and try cranking back and forth etc. If its a seized bearing? It will need a full strip down.
however if we're asking about an engine that won't start or crank? Due to the PATS system. Then main dealer can assist as will be able to get into systen and supply correct codes. Will need registration documents and proof of ownership.
