How to make your ford 6.7L loud without removing dpf?
I'm a veteran owner of ford diesels. Yes i'm a young age, but I have still owned one of the legendary 7.3L powerstrokes and I have also owned one of the most hated motors in history… The 6.0L. Both trucks were duallies that I used for private farm work and transportation of heavy equipment.
I will be soon purchasing a new ford with the new 6.7L powerstroke. Despite my doubts about buying a new truck I do think its time to retire my 6.0L.
The new motors are completely foreign to me, and I'm sure they are to alot of people aswell, and I'm not finding much information so I guess my main questions are; Is there anything bad that I should be aware of? And is there any way that I could make my new 6.7L louder? I understand that alot of guys are removing the DPF in an effort to make them louder and hear the turbo, but unfortunately I do not have the budget for such things, and I will not be planning to do so. So is there any way that I can make my exhaust louder without removing the DPF?
Buy a Dodge with a Cummins diesel in it.
- What did you name your mustang or what is your mustangs name? I just bought a 2006!dark blue Ford Mustang and I named it Sally. She's named after the first bar I ever went to which is called Mustang Sally's, and it happen to be my favorite bar. What did you name yours or what is yours named?
- How to make my 2004 Ford Mustang V6 3.8 liter loud and mean sounding? I don't really know anything about cars, I just want to have the signature Mustang sound. I have around $100 to spend, I don't want it to sound too loud but still loud. Where can I buy it and where can I go to have it installed? Dumb it down a little bit because I don't really know anything about this stuff haha.
- If Graham is so upset about people making charges without evidence then why is he accusing Ford of lying without any evidence and the DNC? "putting her up to it" with no evidence for that claim either? Privately? Why? These are public hearings and a lifelong appointment. If somebody's going to speak up they'd better do it now.
- How do I determine the tooth cound on a flywheel without removing it? I have a 1966 ford ranchero with a 351 windsor motor in it, the starter went out on it the other day and I need to know the tooth count on the flywheel so I buy the right starter, is there a way to do this without removing the whole thing?
