Read this post on what happens when you bring your own parts to a shop

Then read this one on how much a brake job costs.

Call a few local shops and ask. Quite simple.

Too much. Find a video online about how to change brake pads, buy a loaner brake kit from your local corporate parts store, do it yourself, take the loaner kit back and receive your deposit refund. Cost = FREE. If you truly can't, follow all above steps and give your neighbor or a work colleague some cash, alcohol, or substance to do it for you. Cost = cheaper than a mechanic shop who wouldn't allow you to provideyour own parts anyway.

I'm not sure what a shop near you would charge since I haven't asked them and apparently, neither have you. I do know I'd double my labor rate to make up the loss of profit on using your brake pads

I don't know. The brake pads run $18-$60, depending upon the quality of the pads. You might as well get good ones if you are paying someone to do it. We always replace our own. Most places charge about $20-$30 for an oil change. I can't imagine how they can do that without upselling you. My son recently changed his oil. It was over $45 for the oil and about $12 for the filter.

Less than 100, with machine work. Yes, the rotors should be machined. If they are too thin, it will be a bit more.

Call the shop & ask them! Labor rates vary from state to state.
