Made my first car payment but money wasn't taken out of my checking account?

I'm really confused as to why because when I called the ford (I have a fusion) credit card number they said the money was credited to my account for this month s payment and yet my capital one checking account doesn't have the money taken from it yet. Why would this be? I'm getting a little nervous

It can take a couple of days for the payment to go through. But I'm confused as to why you are talking about a credit card for a loan payment. If you have to make the loan payment with your credit card, you should be alright. But if you are taking a cash advance from your credit card to put in your checking account to then pay the loan, this is a big mistake as this will cost you a fortune in fees and interest.

  • Checking Transmission Fluid? I've got a 2005 Ford Ranger 2.3l RWD with an automatic transmission; how exactly am I supposed to check the transmission fluid (hot, cold, or in idle)? Also I have already check the manual couldn't find it and that's why I'm asking online.
  • Is getting a lot of miles on a car actually bad for the car if the car is well taken care of? Back story: I have been using my car to visit a guy who lives about an hour away from me, and my mother has said that I "don't need to be putting all those miles" on my car. It is a well-taken care of Ford mustang with about 125,000 miles on it, and I have not noticed any issues at all. Cars are meant to be driven, in my mind. Is putting mileage on a care actually a bad thing, or is mother probably pulling an overprotective mother of an adult child?
  • Can the turbocharger be taken out of the 2014 ford fiesta st? I'm thinking about buying a ford fiesta st, but i'm using that car to rally car race, I can't have a turbocharged engine in the race I'm going into, so I'm wondering if that can be taken out, but the car still run?
  • Wasn't the Ford Escape an SUV when it first came out? I think I remember considering buying one when I bought my Jeep. It looks like a car now! The design must have changed significantly because I would never consider buying one now.
