Take the radiator cap off and check the coolant level. If that's ok replace the thermostat.
The colder it is outside the longer it takes.
That will change next summer.

- I have a 1999 Ford Mustang GT and its sluggish when taking off? What could be the issue? Its sluggish on power usually only happens in the first 3 gears between 1800 and 2000 rpms. And also when I give it gas at idle it stays at 2000 rpm before idling down. 178k miles. Just changed a faulty o2 sensor. So what else could possibly making it do this. Probably plugs and coil on plugs need to be changed? If any advice it would greatly help thanks
- Car overheats, AC is blowing warm, and gurgling noise from head gasket? My 2000 Ford Mustang has been acting up ever since I replaced the upper radiator hose. The hose had a massive hole burned into it from God knows what. It has been overheating recently, and just now after a short drive there was a loud gurgling noise and leak from the head gasket area, right next to where the oil gets poured in. I'm not sure where to go from here, advice?
