I have a 2008 Ford Fusion can it still turn over with no oil in it?
Was driving the car and it shut off lights and radio wouldn't come on so I bought a new battery and it turned over and everything worked but soon shut off so my dad thought maybe it was the alternator but then we had a mechanic look at it and he said it had a blown head gasket but there's no water oil mix can someone please let me know what it could be or if you had similar problems
Apparently neither you or your dad is a mechanic, I'm but I can't see your car from here, so it would appear you'll have to take the word of the mechanic that can see your car. Sure go ahead and run it with no oil in it, Most likely shouldn't be driving anyway, Got a dollar says your that little girl that's more interested in her cell phone than driving a motor vehicle

I started my truck a few days ago and it ran descent considering i need new plugs and wires, when i tilted it over on its side (only about six inches on the driver side), it had a small oil drip, when i tried to start it today it wouldnt turn over and whenever i turned the key, the check oil light came on, will it start if i add some oil to it?

Yesterday I was at a stop sign and my car was on and the engine turned off and the battery and oil light came on so I turned off the car and turned it back on and it was working again so I decided to go to autozone so then I had them check the battery and they told me the battery was good and the alternator was good then they checked the car for any codes and it had 0 codes so I don't know what's wrong with my car it still runs but it shut off on me twice yesterday
