2007 ford fusion wrench light and abs light on
So only when I put the car in reverse and start backing up my traction control light and ABS light and wrench light come on. I went to auto zone no codes come up. It goes out when I drive but as soon as I go in reverse it comes on. Anyone know what it could be thanks.
The scan tools at auto parts stores only read generic OBDII codes. There are hundreds of manufacturer specific codes they can't read. If your Traction and aBS lights are on there's a code stored. Then NEVER turn on without storing a code first. Take it to a pro
An OBD II code reader can't pull ABS codes. You need a mechanics scan tool to read ABS codes. You probably have an intermittent failure of a wheel speed sensor.
That's what you should spend money on instead of a new stereo. Take it to Ford service or another qualified mechanic to be fixed or at least be check with an OBD code reader that works on your car.

The guy does not believe my hub assembly or bearings are bad. I replaced the ABs sensor and it still did not seem to help. When I had it scanned the computer said it is the passenger rear ABS. I have no grinding, no noises, no issues driving, but I want to fix it properly. Does anyone have any ideas on what steps to take now?
