Ford Windstar 2001 SE Model that pops when you turn in the front wheels?

Also makes cracking noises n while I'm driving it squeals n the speedometer goes up n down until it stops squealing it also grinds on the right tire I can see a little wire coming out

As a former Windstar owner, I can sympathize but I also can help. Here is what is probably wrong with your minivan:
1) Cracking noises are probably from the tie rods and you can fix the noise by injecting grease into the tie rod boots with a grease injection needle. Mostly likely the tie rods aren't bad, they just need grease.
2) The bouncing needle is probably caused by a bad speed sensor (VSS). The VSS is prone to failure from heat because it is mounted near the exhaust pipe underneath the transmission. Instead of fixing the problem, Ford put a thermal blanket between the exhaust pipe and VSS. You found out the hard way that the Ford hack didn't work.
3) Not sure what's going on with your tire but you should take it to the tire shop before it explodes on the freeway.

You can find more fixes for your Windstar at the link below. Believe me, you will need it.

If you hear noises when making sharp turns at low speeds, your axle joints are worn out and need to be replaced. If you are seeing wires coming out of your tire that means it's worn out really bad and needs replaced.
