I had one of these 'back in the day' with the 2.9 V6. I remember it was fairly heavy no fuel running local but much much better on a run. Mind you, I way young and daft then and drove it quite hard.
My guess would be 20 - 25 around town and 30-35 on a run.

- Is a GMC Sierra a solid truck? I'm in the market for a full sized pickup truck and would just like to know what is a solid truck? - Does the Ford Excursion diesel really get 18 mpg? I'm thinking about getting a Ford Excursion Powerstroke diesel. I read somewhere that they can get up to 18 mpg city. Is this really true? I forgot about fuel economy factors such as driving habits and weather. Can it really get mid-upper teens in the city? I forgot 4WD.
- Did Ford lie about the C-Max Hybrid's MPG or was it the government? Or whoever tests MPG. If Ford lied about it then I find inconceivable because I've always thought Ford is one of the few honest companies in the game. Why would Ford lie?
